The fees once paid will not be refunded for the activations of subscriptions which are successfully submitted over the web/mobile interface of the application. Cancellation of subscriptions shall not be entertained. The amount paid against any subscription of services shell be considered for that service only.

The amount paid for the subscription of the service is not transferable to any other services of HSTPL.

The loss on this account shall not be borne either by SRLM/ HSTPL or by the Banks / Payment Gateways. However automatic refund will be made for transactions which are not successful or failed during payment process.
